We make every attempt to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item sells out ahead of our changes. If this happens, ( and we hope it won't! ) , you'll be notified by email.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover on web orders. Sales tax will only be charged on purchases sent to Connecticut addresses.

Please Call First Before Returning Merchandise

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn items in new condition, with All Tags Attached. We must receive your return/exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, including the original receipt, and send insured. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once we receive your return and verify you met the required return policy, a refund will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Palm Classic Apparel does not refund shipping and handling charges. In store purchases can be returned for store credits only.
